Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NextGen Academy for your learning needs. We are committed to providing high-quality courses and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions governing refunds for our courses.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the course start date. After this period, no full refunds will be provided.
  • Partial refunds: If you request a refund within 14 days of the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as your progress in the course and the resources utilized.
  • No refunds: No refunds will be provided if you request one after 14 days of the course start date or if you have completed the course.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to manager@ngen.uz. Please include your full name, course name, course start date, and reason for the refund request.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and a decision will be communicated to you via email.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the course enrollment process.
  • NextGen Academy reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy or are deemed to be fraudulent.

Non-transferable

Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the individual who made the original payment for the course. Requests for transferring the refund to another person will not be entertained.

Course Cancellations

  • NextGen Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.
  • NextGen Academy will not be responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of a course cancellation, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Modifications to Courses

  • NextGen Academy strives to provide accurate and up-to-date course content. However, we reserve the right to make necessary modifications to course materials, syllabi, instructors, schedules, or any other aspect of the course without prior notice.
  • In the event of a significant modification to a course, NextGen Academy will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students and provide alternative options, such as a transfer to a different course or a refund.
